You are parenting in a multicultural environment and aspire to offer the best of both worlds to your kids, but navigating the gap between cultures, generations, and your own unmet needs can be exhausting and confusing. You are seeking to balance your cultural heritage with modern parenting, without losing yourself in the process or the deep connection with your children.

This Is How I Help:

Parenting in a multicultural environment has been one of my greatest teachers. I raised two bilingual, bicultural children and spent nearly two decades working alongside immigrant families as a community leader — witnessing firsthand the unique joys and very real struggles of raising children between cultures. That lived experience shapes every conversation I have with parents. (Read more about my story here.)

As your coach, I hold a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can examine what is and is not working — without guilt or judgment. Together, we will:

  • Explore your values as a parent and clarify what kind of home environment you most want to create

  • Address the guilt, pressure, and competing expectations that leave you feeling like you are never enough

  • Strengthen intergenerational understanding and connection with your children

  • Identify and dissolve the limiting beliefs that affect how you show up as a parent and as a person

  • Build boundaries and habits that allow you to sustain yourself while caring for your family

What This Is Not:

Coaching is not therapy. I will not diagnose, treat, or prescribe what you should do. Coaching is a collaborative process centered on your present and future. While therapy is great for processing past trauma and mental health challenges, coaching is the ideal option for those who know something in their life needs to change, they are motivated to take action, but they are looking for the clarity or confidence to make the right moves. Coaching helps you clarify goals, identify obstacles, and develop strategies to overcome them.
