Whether you left Iran for a bigger dream or you were born outside of Iran, you know what it's like to navigate life between two cultures — and you want the clarity, confidence, and sense of direction that lets you thrive in both worlds, on your own terms.

I know the immigrant journey from the inside. I have walked that path (read more about my story here), but most importantly, for two decades, I worked alongside Iranian immigrant families as a community leader. That lived experience broadened my understanding of diaspora and deepened my cultural sensitivity.

As your coach, I hold a compassionate, nonjudgmental space that honors your heritage and gets the cultural nuances. Together, we will:

  • Clarify what you truly value, separate from what you were told to value

What This Is Not:

Coaching is not therapy. I will not diagnose, treat, or prescribe what you should do. Coaching is a collaborative process centered on your present and future. While therapy is great for processing past trauma and mental health challenges, coaching is the ideal option for those who know something in their life needs to change, they are motivated to take action, but they are looking for the clarity or confidence to make the right moves. Coaching helps you clarify goals, identify obstacles, and develop strategies to overcome them.
